In 2014, he graduated from Tyndale University College and Seminary with a BA in Biblical Studies and Theology and is in pursuit of finishing his Master of Theological Studies degree, with hopes of completing further doctoral work. This experience has led him to developing a huge appreciation for academia and has inspired many dreams and goals within a post-secondary academic setting.
Steve, alongside his wife Rebecca, was the Student Ministries pastor at Warden Full Gospel Assembly in Toronto for the past 3 years giving them the unique and honorable opportunity to pour into the lives of youth and young adults in the Scarborough area. This ministry experience has further developed his passion for people meeting the God he has come to know and love.
Being placed in his current role as Pentecostal Chaplain/Post-secondary Campus Worker at Memorial University of Newfoundland has given him the opportunity to be an influence in the lives of post-secondary students, what he sees as one of the key points in life where someone either begins to own their faith or drop it altogether. It is an awesome opportunity to walk with a group of world changers as they journey further in being disciples.
